This service means we correspond with you by email until you are completely satisfied of the finished look. We require an EPS artwork file (probably the same file you would supply to your stationery printer).This high resolution artwork file results in a sharp professional print. Ceramic Mugs are manufactured from a variety of materials resulting in mugs of differing quality. Stoneware is low cost, the mugs are generally handmade so some minor imperfections may be evident, however these are suited to many low budget promotions. Porcelain mugs are made from higher quality clay and are fired at higher temps giving a more durable and better finish than stoneware.
